Sharon Hartzog is one of the co-founders of Inner Peace Community Support Services. Mrs. Hartzog is the Clinical Director of IPCSS. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been certified as a trauma specialist as well as crisis interventions. Sharon has been working in the mental health field for 26 years and has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient. She completed her Master in Social Work in 2003 and she has been licensed in the state of NC since 2009. She also obtained another Masters in Liberal Studies, where she studied human development and cognitive development.
Mrs. Hartzog has been trained in Trauma focus therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family system therapy, and strengthens perspective therapy. Sharon currently serves on the board of Wake County Collaborative and was a member of 100 Black women. Mrs. Hartzog goal is to provide integrated care to the clients that she services. Combing medical services and behavioral health services allows clients to feel that for most any problem they've come to the right place.
